Not every Alaska Airlines flight is eligible for a refund if it is cancelled. Saver rates, which are inexpensive but have many restrictions, are only refundable if you purchase your ticket at least 24 hours in advance of departure and during the first 24 hours of purchasing. If a traveller cancels at least 14 days before their scheduled departure, they will be eligible for a travel credit equal to 50% of their Saver cost.
