It is generally a budget airline in that there is a charge for all drinks and food on board. However, the planes are clean and the flight attendants are very professional. Check in is also quick and efficient. With the ongoing problems with the airport In Amsterdam, we have been and will plan on flying through Brussels via Brussels Airlines more often."
