United Airlines' cancellation policy allows passengers to cancel their flight at any time before departure without penalty. However, if you cancel after 24 hours and no one else wants to occupy the seat, you will get a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee. If someone else takes your place, you'll get a full refund minus a $150 cancellation fee.
Delta Airlines Name Change Policy:
The name change/correction only applies to Delta Ticket 006.
Passengers must have a plane ticket for Delta-operated flights only.
Name correction can only be done once, i.e. only one reissue of the ticket is allowed per passenger.
Name changes/corrections do not change the passengers, i.e. the same passengers should be the traveler.
Other important data on the ticket, such as Secure Flight passenger data, must remain the same.

Under this policy, you can cancel a ticket without any fees, regardless of the ticket type, and you will be entitled to a full refund. Alaska Airlines flights can be canceled with refund. Concession fares, which offer low prices but come with many restrictions, can only be canceled within 24 hours of booking and only if you purchased your ticket at least 24 hours before departure. However, travelers who book Saver fares can receive a travel credit worth 50% of their fare if they cancel at least 14 days before travel.
Any pet that travels on an Allegiant Air flight must be kept in a soft-sided FAA-approved kennel or carrier. It must fit under the seat, meaning that it needs to stay within the dimensions of 9 x 16 x 19 in., and your pet must be able to stand and turn around inside of the carrier.
