Our honeymoon in Tanzania was more magical than we ever imagined. On our first day, we found ourselves just feet away from a family of elephants, their sheer size and gentle movements leaving us speechless. Each day brought new wonders—watching cheetahs sprint across the savannah, spotting zebras in endless herds, and sitting quietly as lions strolled past our safari truck, so close we could hear their deep, rumbling breaths.

It covers about 6% of the Earth's total surface area and 20% of its land area, accounting for about a fifth of the world's land, and is surrounded by large bodies of water. Africa has 54 fully recognized and independent countries and is home to 14.7% (1.216 billion) of the world's population. It is said that the first humans evolved on this continent.
